Description
Select the measurement source of the pass/fail test.
Query the current measurement source of the pass/fail test.

Note: this command can only be used to set the channel enabled.
Return Format
The query returns CHAN1 or CHAN2.
Example
:MASK:SOURce CHANnel2
The query returns CHAN2.
