The <strong>ACT</strong> is undertaking a number of activities todevelop “best practices” recommendati<strong>on</strong>s for 401(a) plan sp<strong>on</strong>sors <strong>and</strong> 401(a) planpractiti<strong>on</strong>ers. Potential recommendati<strong>on</strong>s were reported at the June 2007 <strong>ACT</strong> publicmeeting.
