Assembling sample racks<br />
For easy shipment, sample racks are often folded flat. Follow the procedure below to<br />
assemble a sample rack.<br />

Certain sample racks have numbered tiers (more information: see ‘Sample tray group F’,<br />
page 26 and see ‘Sample tray group G’, page27 . When you assemble a rack, make sure<br />
that the set of numbers that you require faces upward on the top tier.<br />
1. Place the base on the bench so that the lugs are underneath.<br />
2. Bend up the two end plates.<br />

3. Take the middle tier and snap the edge tabs into the lower set of slots<br />
in the end plates.<br />
4. Bend up the slot tabs on the sides of the base and snap the edge tabs<br />
of the middle tier into the slots.<br />
5. Assemble the top tier into the respective slots in the same manner.<br />
