(٨٠)IS ALLAH (S.W) ONE OR THREE?drank. “They gave him a piece of broiled f<strong>is</strong>h, and he took itand ate bef<strong>or</strong>e them.” (Luke 24:42-43)He needed the food and the drink in <strong>or</strong>der to grow physically andmentally. “And the child grew.” (Luke 2:40) “And Jesusincreased in w<strong>is</strong>dom and in stature and in fav<strong>or</strong> with Godand man.” (Luke 2:52) The food helped him to grow physically, andthe teaching of the teachers and the elders helped him growmentally. “They found him in the temple, sitting among theteachers, l<strong>is</strong>tening to them and asking them questions.”(Luke 2:46)We are not supposed to mention here, while talking about Allah(S.W), that eating and drinking need other human actions; micturitionand defecation. (God f<strong>or</strong>bid and f<strong>or</strong>give us f<strong>or</strong> that)Bringing th<strong>is</strong> <strong>is</strong>sue to our attention, Allah (S.W) mentions th<strong>is</strong> to us inthe Holy Quran. (Holy Quran, 5:75).Any<strong>one</strong> who eats and drinks needs to excrete the waste of that food,and it <strong>is</strong> blasphemy even to think about that f<strong>or</strong> Allah (S.W).The Gospels also mention Jesus’ (PBUH) sadness the eve of thecrucifixion, "My soul <strong>is</strong> very s<strong>or</strong>rowful, even to death.” (Mark14:34) and when he was exhausted, an angel from heaven came tostrengthen him. “And there appeared to him an angel fromheaven, strengthening him.” (Luke 22:43)Acc<strong>or</strong>ding to the Gospels, when he was on the cross, he wasexhausted and cried, "My God, my God, why have youf<strong>or</strong>saken me?” (Mark 15:34)Not only did Jesus (PBUH) do the above menti<strong>one</strong>d, but also, as theGospels claim, he died, how could any<strong>one</strong> imagine a dead God?“And Jesus uttered a loud cry and breathed h<strong>is</strong> last.” (Mark15:37)If some<strong>one</strong> tries to an<strong>sw</strong>er th<strong>is</strong> question, saying that the dead wasthe human part and not the divine, and Allah (S.W) <strong>is</strong> imm<strong>or</strong>tal, Iremind the reader, that the person who died on the cross <strong>is</strong> the Sonof God and not the Son of Man.
