1GROUPPRESENTATIONBNP Paribas and its shareholders1DIVIDENDAt the 15 May 2013 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directorswill recommend a dividend of EUR 1.50 per share, an increase of 25%relative to 2012. The shares will go ex-dividend on 21 May and thedividend will be paid on 24 May 2013, subject to approval at the AnnualGeneral Meeting.The total amount of the proposed payout is EUR 1,863 million, comparedwith EUR 1,449 million in 2012, representing an increase of 28.6%. Thepayout rate is 29.7%.
