Top up when necessary with CASTROLALPHA 617 or equivalent gear oil.Grease thrust bearings and roller crankshaft bearings monthly via grease nipples incrosshead – do not over-grease.To allow for more through cleaning of the mill the pan can be removed from the base byslackening off the set-screws in the rim.
