Records were flaggedas DUPL multiple times, and there was no associated NEW record. This occurredwhen the Auto Load (Skip Dup Chk) parameter was set to N.Impact: Duplicate IDs could potentially be created in Banner.Resolution: There was no outer join to SRTPERS in the select for duplicatechecking, so not all records on the tape were being selected for processing. This hasbeen corrected.(#1-133M6T)Description: When an eight digit PIDM was loaded from a user-defined tape, anOracle error occurred.Impact: SRTLOAD will fail, which prevents records from being loaded to thetemporary tables.Resolution: The PIDM variable has been expanded to hold eight characters and aninth end of string character.Admissions ModuleDocumentationQuick Start andStudent Self-Service Set-Up(#1-1A1ZQL)Description: Changes were needed in the “Admissions Application Set-UpProcedures for Banner Self-Service” and the “Quick Start Set-Up Procedures forBanner Self-Service” due to updates made to SAAWADF in Release 7.3.Step 11 in the “Admissions Application Set-Up Procedures for Banner Self-Service”read:11.
