The number of people withall types of travel related disabilities is predicted to increase over the next 20 years. Therewere approximately 6,650 wheelchair users across the three boroughs in 2010. The numberof people with walking difficulties in 2010 in the same area was approximately 24,850. Thenumber of people with other travel related disabilities in 2010 was an estimated 22,110.105
