Appendix B provides moredetail on the dates involved.3.4.1 Age<strong>Barts</strong> <strong>and</strong> the London did not provide disciplinary data disaggregated by age group.Newham <strong>and</strong> Whipps Cross used different categories.Within Newham, the majority of disciplinary cases were brought against people in the 36-45<strong>and</strong> 46-55 age group. However, this appears to be in rough proportion with the number ofemployees within those age groups. See figure 3.4.1a below.54
