Not allorganizations will be able to enter intopartnerships with all others, so it isimportant to undertake this assessmentbefore entering into any arrangements.The framework can help you to assess theneed for – or success of – capacity-buildinginitiatives to improve regional developmentperformance and partners to work with inachieving those goals.
