paralegals.The <strong>City</strong> reserves <strong>the</strong> right to discuss with its outside counsel and approve <strong>the</strong> particularattorneys who wil be assigned to work on each matter. The <strong>City</strong> also reserves <strong>the</strong> right to request<strong>the</strong> removal <strong>of</strong> any attorney from <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong>'s assignments for any reason.The <strong>City</strong> does not agree to pay for excessive in-<strong>of</strong>fice consultants between attorneys orattorneys and paralegals, or for administrative meetings with associates and paralegals.The <strong>City</strong> does riot agree to pay for time spent educating lawyers as a result <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> transferor work between attorneys within <strong>the</strong> law firm unless approved by <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong> in advance. Acomplete ~r substantially complete transfer <strong>of</strong> work from an attorney having significantresponsibility on a matter to ano<strong>the</strong>r attorney or attorneys must be approved by <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong>.The <strong>City</strong> does not agree to pay for more than one attorney's attendance at meetings,depositions, conferences or hearings unless <strong>the</strong> <strong>City</strong> authorizes such attendance in advance.AssignmentThe services under this contract shall be performed exclusively by Special Counsel not byany o<strong>the</strong>r member <strong>of</strong> his firm. Special Counsel may assign work under this contract-to ano<strong>the</strong>rperson withi <strong>the</strong> firm only with <strong>the</strong> approval <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Corporation CounseL.New <strong>Jersey</strong> Business Registration Requirements,The contractor shall provide written notice to its subcontractors <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> responsibilty tosubmit pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> business registration to <strong>the</strong> contractor.Before final payment on <strong>the</strong> contract is made by <strong>the</strong> contracting agency, <strong>the</strong> contractor shallsubmit an accurate list and <strong>the</strong> pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> business registration <strong>of</strong>. each subcontractor or supplier usedin <strong>the</strong> fulfilment <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> contract, or shall attest that no subcontractors were used.
