that may be removed without damage to the Licensor's Premises shall be deemed to bethe property of the Licensee and shall be removeá by it at the termination of thisAgreement, or not later than two (2) weeks thereafter. In the event that the same is notremoved, the same shall be deemed abandoned and the Licensor shall have the right todispose of the same and charge the Licensee for any cost of disposing thereof.14. The Licensee shall provide in writing to the Licensor the name of one (1) authorizedrepresentative of the Licensee who shall be responsible for adherence to the terms andconditions of this Agreement before, durng and after the effective date of thisAgreement. All of the above terms and conditions shall be binding on the Licensee, Licensor and allother parties connected with the event for which the Premises are herein licensed. Anyand all violations of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be consideredjustcause for ünmediate termination and cancellation of this Agreement.18.
