Four Hundred Ninety ($19,490.00) Dollars; andWHREAS, the Acting City Purchasing Director has certified that he considers saidquotation to be fair and reasonable; andWHREAS, this amount is available in the present budget for this expenditue in accordancethe Local Budget Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:4-1 et. seq.with requirements ofHealth & Human ServicesAcct. No. 02-213-40-963-402 P.O. No. 98218 Amount $ 19,490.00NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Muncipal Council ofthe City ofJersey City that the said quotation of the aforementioned RM Instruments,LLC, be accepted andtha: a contract be awarded to said company in the above amount and the Acting City PurchasingDirector is directed to have such a contract drawn up and executed; and be it fuerRESOLVED, that ùpon certification by an official or employee ofthe City authorized toreceive the material pursuant to the contract met, then payment to the contractor shall be made inaccordance with the provisions of the Local Fiscal Affairs Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:5-1 et. seq; and be itfuer(Continued on page 2)
