AGREEMENTThs Agreement dated theday of , 2009 between theCity of Jersey City, a municipal corporation, with offices at 280 Grove Street, Jersey City, NewJersey 07302 ("City") and Florio & Kenny, L.L.P., of 100 Hudson Street, Hoboken, New Jersey07030 (Special Counsel").WITNESSTH, that in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth, the City and SpecialCounsel agree as follows:Scope of AgreementSpecial Counsel is hereby retained to perform legal services and represent Chief of PoliceTom Corney in connection with the matter of Mathias Bolton, et al. v. City of Jersey City, et al. forthe period of July I, 2009 through June 30, 2010 .Affidavit of ServicesSpecial Counsel shall submit a monthly affidavit of services to the CorporationCounsel. The affidavit shall specif in detail the services rendered and the tie spent on thoseservices.ConsiderationA. For the above services, Special Counsel shall be compensated at the rate of$125.00 per hour, including expenses. The total amount of this agreement shall not exceed$75,000.B. The Special Counsel shall provide a monthly statement for services rendered.The Special Counsel shall submit to the City adminstration no later than the tenth day of eachmonth an affidavit of services specifing the total number of hours worked/performed during
