System OverviewThe 300 presents you with an incredible number of choices — all of which canbe made through the front and rear panel. Although you could certainly operatethe 300 by setting each I/O configuration and effect parameter by hand each timeyou use it, you probably wouldn't enjoy it — so we've tried to organize the 300so that its considerable flexibility doesn't become an obstacle. Before digginginto the details of operation presented in this manual, you may find this briefoverview useful.System OverviewThe block diagram shown below illustrates the basic flow of audio through the300. Analog and/or digital audio enters on the left. Each is conditioned andtranslated as required and, in the case of digital audio, a sample clock isextracted.
