300 V 3.0 <strong>Owner's</strong> <strong>Manual</strong><strong>Lexicon</strong>Page SevenBypass/Effect Load ModeEffect Load:MUTEBypass Btns: INMUTEIf you change between setups which use different algorithms, the system willeither mute or bypass while the parameter changes are being made, dependingon the selection you make here under "Effect Load".Selecting "MUTE" will mute the analog and digital outputs during thesetransitions; selecting "BYPASS" allows you to hear the unprocessed audiosignal.This page also allows you to select whether the front panel BYPASS buttonsmute the incoming signal (INMUTE) or bypass processing (BYPASS).Page EightCopy ToolsThe Copy Tools page allows you to copy setups, effects, or the mod portion ofeffects into the registers. This page also allows you to enable and disable the300's memory protection function. When you call up the Copy Tools page, thedisplay will show:Copy Tools: ENABLESETUP EFX MIDIThe upper line on this page allows you to enable, or prohibit, the 300's copyfunctions. Pressing either of the two righthand buttons above the display willtoggle the memory protect function between "ENABLE" and "DISABLE". Disablingthe memory function will prevent: Event List and MIDI Map editing, Setupand Effect storing, Setup and Effect copying, as well as incoming MIDI loads ofany of the above.The lower line allows selection of: "SETUP", "EFX", or "MIDI". Selecting"SETUP" will cause the display to show:3-26
