The area looks like a large football field with a grid of tall radio antennas.The ionosphere, created by the sun’s radiation, stretches from aboutthirty-five miles above the Earth’s surface and extends out to beyond fivehundred miles. This thin band of atmosphere contains both neutral gas andcharged particles known as ions and electrons. This ionized medium candistort, reflect, and absorb radio signals.HAARP’s activity is to zap the upper atmosphere with a focusedand steerable electromagnetic beam. When 10,000 watts are sent out, energyreturns at levels from 12,000 to 18,000 watts. The apparatus is a reversal of aradio telescope: antennas send out signals instead of receiving. The expectationis that a superpowerful radio-wave beaming technology will be ableto lift areas of the ionosphere by focusing a beam and heating those areas.Electromagnetic waves then bounce back onto the earth and penetrate everything—livingand dead. This is the most dramatic geophysical manipulationof the atmosphere since the atmospheric explosions of nuclear bombs. Noone knows exactly what is going to happen.Private individuals investigating HAARP have discovered that thissystem has been used to manipulate and disrupt the human mental process,through pulsed radio-frequency radiation over large geographic areas. Theyhave observed local caribou running in circles, confused, and walking backwardsdesperately trying to get away from something unseen. The activityappears to have a profound effect on the migration patterns of fish and otheranimals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes. Theyhave noted that the internal body temperature of humans in the vicinity ofthe restricted area rises, road flares are ignited inside the trunks of cars, carbatteries explode, and aircraft instrumentation is scrambled when in the airspace near the experiment.The device also functions as an earth-penetration tomography (asort of CAT scan). It is possible to create an x-ray picture of a section of theearth.It has been discovered that there are atmospheric rivers 420 to 480miles wide, 4,800 miles long from equator to pole about 1.9 miles above theearth. There are five of these in each hemisphere. Weather could be exploitedand changed through manipulation of these streams by HAARP.Electromagnetic exposure is known to cause changes in the chemistryof the brain, fatigue, memory loss, cataracts, birth defects, and cancer.Is this the genesis of America’s new military arsenal?
