If listenermanagement is disabled (value of NO) LifeKeeperwill not monitor the listener and you can stop thelistener without causing LifeKeeper recovery actions.If listener management is enabled (value of YES)LifeKeeper will monitor the listener and restart thelistener if the listener is not running.
