CHRONOLOGY OF MONETARY POLICYMEASURES OF THE EUROSYSTEM 111 JANUARY AND 8 FEBRUARY 2007The Governing Council <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ECB decidesthat <strong>the</strong> minimum bid rate on <strong>the</strong> mainrefinancing operations and <strong>the</strong> interest rates on<strong>the</strong> marginal lending facility and <strong>the</strong> depositfacility will remain unchanged at 3.50%,4.50% and 2.50% respectively.8 MARCH 2007The Governing Council <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ECB decidesto increase <strong>the</strong> minimum bid rate on <strong>the</strong> mainrefinancing operations by 25 basis points to3.75%, starting from <strong>the</strong> operation to be settledon 14 March 2007. In addition, it decides toincrease <strong>the</strong> interest rates on both <strong>the</strong> marginallending facility and <strong>the</strong> deposit facility by25 basis points, to 4.75% and 2.75%, both wi<strong>the</strong>ffect from 14 March 2007.12 APRIL AND 10 MAY 2007The Governing Council <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ECB decidesthat <strong>the</strong> minimum bid rate on <strong>the</strong> mainrefinancing operations and <strong>the</strong> interest rates on<strong>the</strong> marginal lending facility and <strong>the</strong> depositfacility will remain unchanged at 3.75%, 4.75%and 2.75% respectively.6 JUNE 2007The Governing Council <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> ECB decidesto increase <strong>the</strong> minimum bid rate on <strong>the</strong> mainrefinancing operations by 25 basis points to4%, starting from <strong>the</strong> operation to be settled on13 June 2007.
