To speak candidly andhonestly to each student.To hold each student to a high standard of behavior, both to protect the campus community,and to promote student moral development.To contribute to the educational mission of the University by designing policies, conductingprograms, and offering instruction that contribute to the intellectual and moral developmentof the entire student body.VII. CONDUCT - All misconduct, including, but not limited to, the prohibited conductlisted hereafter, is subject to disciplinary action. Attempts to commit acts prohibited by thisCode shall be punished to the same extent as completed violations.A. ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUG VIOLATION:Consumption or possession of alcohol on University premises.Unauthorized distribution or possession for purposes of distribution of anycontrolled dangerous substance or illegal drug. 3Use or possession of any controlled dangerous substance or illegal drug.Any other violation of the Morgan State University Alcohol And Drug Policy.B. CONSPIRACYA combination by two or more persons to plan, attempt and/or execute aviolation of the Code or some act which is not a violation of the code, initself, but becomes a violation of the Code when done by the concerted actsof the conspirators.C. DISRUPTIVE, DISORDERLY OR RECKLESS CONDUCTIntentionally or recklessly causing physical harm or intentionally or recklesslycausing reasonable apprehension of such harm.Intentionally and substantially interfering with the freedom of expression ofothers.Intentionally or recklessly destroying or damaging the property of others and/orthe University.Trespass or unauthorized entry to any University premises, facility, property or ata University-sponsored event or activity.Engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct, which interferes with the activitiesof others.Classroom Disruption - The primary responsibility for managing the teachingand learning environment rests with the instructor, which includes faculty,teaching assistants, laboratory assistants, librarians or any other person actingin a supervisory capacity over the instructional forum.
