im Flugzeug.

Tea
Wieso schmeckt eine Tasse Tee in der
Luft anders als auf dem Boden? Zu Hause
lässt sich das Wasser auf etwa 100 Grad
erhitzen, was aber an Bord aufgrund des
Luftdrucks nicht möglich ist. So erreicht
das Teewasser eine Höchsttemperatur von
nur 90 Grad.
Why does a cup of tea taste different in the air
compared with its taste on the ground? That
is because when you are at home you can boil
the water to around 100 degrees. On board,
however, that is not possible because of the air
pressure. This means that the water used
to make your tea can only be heated to around
90 degrees.
