Was für eine Aussicht!
An einem der schönsten
Strände Tel Avivs lässt
es sich hier wunderbar
der Sonne Gute Nacht
sagen. Doch das ist nicht
der einzige Grund,
wieso sich ein Besuch im
Restaurant Cassis lohnt:
Da wären beispielsweise
auch noch das White
Fish Carpaccio, der mediterrane
Salat und der
hausgemachte Hamburger.
Ferienfeeling pur!

beautiful beaches, this is
the perfect place to bid
good-night to the sun. But
that’s not the only reason
why it’s worth paying a visit
to the Cassis restaurant:
there’s also the white fish
car paccio, the Mediterranean
salad or the housemade
hamburger. Vacation
pleasure at its finest!

geteilt. Unsere Highlights
waren das Palestinian
Tartare und das Ananas
Carpaccio.

Das koreanische Wort «Topolopompo» bedeutet so
viel wie «Feuerdrache». Tatsächlich brennt hier das
Feuer nicht nur in der offenen Küche des mehrfach
aus gezeichneten Kochkünstlers Avi Conforti: Die bunten,
herzhaften Kreationen mit asiatischem Einfluss
sind eine reine Geschmacksexplosion für den Gaumen –
ein Gang toppt den nächsten! Wer hierher kommt,
tut dies also besser mit einem Drachenhunger, und
löscht das Feuer mit dem exklusiven Hausbier!
“Topolopompo” is the Korean word for fire-breathing
dragon. And it’s not only in the open kitchen of awardwinning
culinary maestro Avi Conforti that the fire burns
hot: with their Asian influence, his colourful and exciting
creations are a veritable explosion of flavours – one course
after another! The ideal spot for anyone as hungry as
a dragon – and there’s the restaurant’s own exclusive beer
available to quench the fire!
In his eatery at the heart
of the White City chef de
cuisine Meir Adoni delights
guests with his innovative
fusion cooking. The oriental
influence is evident not
only in the variety of intense
flavours: as so often
in Tel Aviv, socialising is
all part of the experience
here – dishes are shared.
The highlights for us were
the Palestinian tartare and
the pineapple carpaccio.
