Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2014 vintage followed the dry 2013 growing season. Hardly a
drop of rain fell during winter and everyone was very nervous for
what the year would bring. How happy they all were to see a couple
of perfectly timed rainstorms in the spring. This helped the canopies
develop fully which, in turn, gave them plenty of plant energy to
ripen another solid crop. The moderate summer and fall weather
helped bring in extremely high quality grapes with good yield.
