Live Auction Procedures
The live auction will begin at approximately 8:50 pm. Each lot will be offered in
catalog sequence. The auctioneer will announce any variation from the catalog
description of a lot at the time the lot is offered.
The auctioneer will announce each lot number, and the bidding will start at
the auctioneer’s discretion. Each lot will be sold to the highest bidder. Bidding
will advance in increments decided by the auctioneer. Bids should be a positive
display of your bidder number located on the back of your bidder card.
You will be asked to confirm a successful bid by signing a printed confirmation
form shortly after the lot is sold. Please remain in your seat until your bid is
confirmed. Please pay for and take possession of all purchased lots at the end of
the evening. Any lots that are not picked up the night of the auction could be
charged a storage and/or delivery fee.
Personal checks and credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard) are
accepted.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Bid Board Auction
Procedures
Bid Boards will open at approximately 6:00 pm. Each package will contain a
minimum requirement for bid increases; this increment is pre-set. Failure to
comply with the minimum increase will result in the elimination of your bid.
Confirmation of winning bids will be posted on a Bid Board located in the foyer
of the Dallas Ballroom. The Bid Boards will close at approximately 11:30 pm.
Approximately thirty minutes after a section closes winning bidders will have the
opportunity to pay and collect their lots.
Please pay and take possession of all purchased lots at the end of the evening.
Any lots that are not picked up at the end of the evening could be charged for a
storage and/or delivery fee.
