The 2016 growing season started early and maintained nearperfect
conditions through harvest. Overall cooler than average
temperatures, with no heat spikes in
August, led to longer hang-time which allowed the grapes to progress
to perfect ripeness. Another exceptional vintage.
Technical Data:
Color: Light yellow in hue with a hint of green
Varietal Percentage: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Nose: Lemon zest and green mango are interwoven with enticing
notes of white jasmine
Palate: Full bodied mid-palate, developed by lees stirring in tank,
carries the fresh flavors through to a very clean finish framed by a
precise edge of acid
Barrel Composition: Stainless Steel
Alcohol: 14.5%
