2016 “M” de Minuty Rose
If we are to sum up in one word the 2016 vintage, it will be:
concentration. In Provence the vines are accustomed to summers
with few rains, typical of the French Riviera. They still remember
the vintages of the last decades, which enabled them to find the
resources necessary to produce quality grapes. The episodic rains
combined with the high heat of late August concentrated the sugars
in the grape berries but also the natural acids which are the vertebral
column of the Rosés.
Vinification:
The vinification revealed powerful aromas of white peach and
grapefruit. To summarize Rosés of the 2016 vintage: very aromatic
with a beautiful freshness.
Tasting Notes:
This vibrant dry Rosé reveals perfectly harmonized peach and and ied
orange aromas that carry over a fresh, round palate.

Color: Light and bright
Nose: Very intense aromas of orange peels and red currant
Mouth: Smooth with a nice acidic freshness.
