1. Certificate must be deposited online at www.depositAAmiles.com.<br />
2. Mileage credit can be deposited only once on or before the expiration date.<br />
3. Certificate is not redeemable for cash.<br />
4. Certificate may not be purchased, sold or bartered.<br />
5. This certificate is nontransferable and may be used only by the indivi<strong>du</strong>al<br />
named on the certificate or by his/her spouse or dependent child. Other<br />
family members are not eligible to redeem the certificate.<br />
6. Only original certificates will be honored. Certificate is void if repro<strong>du</strong>ced,<br />
altered, counterfeited, obtained or used improperly. Fraud or abuse is<br />
subject to administrative and/or legal action by American Airlines, including<br />
<strong>with</strong>out limitation, the forfeiture or confiscation of all mileage certificates<br />
and award certificates and any accrued mileage in a member’s account, as well<br />
as cancellation of the account and prohibition of member’s future participation<br />
in the AAdvantage program.<br />
7. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed certificates will not be replaced by<br />
American Airlines.<br />
8. Determination of income tax liability on mileage certificates and AAdvantage<br />
travel awards is the responsibility of the holder.<br />
9. The holder of this certificate has only the limited right to surrender same<br />
to American Airlines in accordance <strong>with</strong> terms and conditions stated herein for<br />
crediting of mileage at American Airlines, and is subject to all AAdvantage<br />
program terms and conditions. American Airlines may change AAdvantage<br />
program rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers at any time, which<br />
changes may have retroactive effect. This means that American Airlines may<br />
initiate changes impacting, for example, participant affiliations, rules for<br />
earning mileage credit, mileage levels and rules for the use of travel awards,<br />
continued availability of awards, embargo dates and limited seating for travel<br />
awards, and the features of special offers. American Airlines reserves the<br />
right to end the AAdvantage program <strong>with</strong> six months notice. AAdvantage<br />
travel awards, mileage accrual and special offers are subject to governmental<br />
regulations. American Airlines is not responsible for pro<strong>du</strong>cts or services<br />
