tiredness or weakness, unusually<br />
fast, slow, or irregular<br />
heartbeat<br />
Interactions: Simvastatin: Using<br />
simvastatin together with niacin<br />
may increase the risk of a rare<br />
but serious condition called<br />
rhabdomyolysis that involves<br />
the breakdown of skeletal<br />
muscle tissue.<br />
