Prevacid (Lansoprazole) lan-SOE-pra-zol Classification: proton pump inhibitors. IFU: stomach and intestinal ulcers Action: decreases the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Dosage: 15 and 30 mg Route: P.O Adverse Reaction: nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation; or, headache. Interactions: Dasatinib: Not recommended. Lansoprazole may interfere with the absorption of dasatinib into the bloodstream, which may make the medication less effective in treating your cancer. Page 140

Adverse Reaction: fever, cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, stomach pain, gas, nausea, vomiting, mild diarrhea; or, headache. Interactions: Citalopram: Combining these medications may increase the blood levels of citalopram and increase the risk of certain side effects, including an irregular heart rhythm that may be serious or life-threatening.
