PRODUCT DESCRIPTION<br />
Polymer emulsion based, silane and siloxane reinforced, ready to use surface protective primer<br />
with high penetration capability.<br />
AREAS OF USE<br />
MegaFuga Guard is used on frequently cleaned surfaces and floors in all indoors and<br />
outdoors spaces in order for the preservation of the color of the joint fillings, which have been<br />
cleaned with MegaClean or recently applied.<br />

• Prevents the adverse effect of wetness and bacterial, mould, fungal and algae formation.<br />
• Prevents weathering on the joint surface, where it is applied.<br />
• Impedes the water absorption of surfaces, and prevents contamination in the joints and on<br />

Surface Preparation<br />
• The surface should be clean, robust and free from dust, and be cleaned from oil, dirt or any<br />
material that may adversely affect the application with MegaClean.<br />
• The application surface should be dry and absorbent.<br />
Equipment Cleaning<br />
The equipment used should be cleaned with water following the application before the<br />
product dries.<br />

CONSUMPTION<br />
Recommended consumption amount for single - coat application on 1 m 2 surface is 25 - 50<br />
ml. The said value may vary, depending on the surface and ambient conditions. Some 10 - 20<br />
m 2 surface can be cleaned with 500 ml of MegaFuga Guard. The said consumption value<br />
may vary, depending on the surface and ambient conditions.<br />
PACKAGING<br />
MegaFuga Guard is delivered in net 500 ml plastic spray bottles, which are supplied in 12<br />
pcs (6 kg) in 1 box.<br />
SHELF LIFE<br />
The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored within non-tampered original<br />
packaging in dry (maximum relative humidity 60 %) and cool (ambient temperature between<br />
+5°C and +25°C) environment.<br />
STORAGE CONDITIONS<br />
The product should be stored within non-tampered original packaging in dry (maximum relative<br />
humidity 60 %) and cool (ambient temperature between +5°C and +25°C) environment.<br />
It should not be exposed to direct sunlight.<br />
The container of the product should be closed firmly when not used.<br />
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS<br />
Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) as appropriate for easy and safe application.<br />
Keep the product closed and away from the reach of children.<br />
Protect your eyes and hands from contacting the product. In the event MegaFuga Guard<br />
contacts with the skin and/or eyes, promptly wash the contact point with plenty of water.<br />
Application Methods<br />
• MegaFuga Guard should be applied to joint fillings minimum 48 hours after the<br />
application of joint filler.<br />
• In the case of the applications before joint filling, due care should be taken to ensure that<br />
MegaFuga Guard contaminate the joint gaps.<br />
• MegaFuga Guard can be applied on joint fillings by spraying directly thanks by way of<br />
spray bottle.<br />
• MegaFuga Guard should be thoroughly spread on the joint filling with a cloth or sponge.<br />
• MegaFuga Guard can be applied in a secondary coat shortly before the initial coat dries in<br />
order to ensure more effective protection.<br />
• The surface of ceramic coating can be cleaned easily with a moist cloth or sponge once<br />
MegaFuga Guard dries completely.<br />
Application Recommendations<br />
• The product should not be used for such coatings that are acid-sensitive (travertine, marble),<br />
glazed tiles and hand-made ceramics, fittings vulnerable to acid, and metals and metallic<br />
coated ceramic surfaces since it would cause color deformation.<br />
• The surface should be preserved from air currents and water contact during and after the<br />
application.<br />
• The product should not be applied in rainy weather conditions, and the application surface<br />
should be preserved from rain for a period of 24 hours.<br />
