Every year, the global consulting firm Mercer makes a survey of the world’s most liveable<br />
cities for foreign nationals. From a pool of over 440 different cities around the world,<br />
here are this year’s top ten.<br />

Highlights: Aside from being one of the most<br />
liveable cities for seven consecutive years,<br />
Vienna was also voted the centre of culture<br />
and innovation in 2007 and 2008. It’s the city<br />
