• Continue to improve our data held in ESR by
encouraging new staff to complete all aspects of
3.3.5 PRIORITY 5 – Continue to
Improve the Environment and Make it
Work For Both Patients and Staff
Following feedback from patients and families the
Trust identified the need to continue to enhance
opportunities for play and improved entertainment
for children and young people, plus a requirement to
improve wayfinding and familiarisation of the hospital
environment
In striving to deliver this priority, the Trust agreed to
place a specific focus on:
• Improving arts, performance and play
• Improving signage and wayfinding for children and
families
