The Trust has a number of transactions with Edge Hill University. Steve Igoe, non-executive director is the<br />

Pro-Vice Chancellor for Resources of the university. £48,000 was incurred in expenditure during 2017/18.<br />

Outstanding receivables at 31 March <strong>2018</strong> were £7,000 whilst outstanding payables were £3,000.<br />

Expenditure with Liverpool Health Partners Ltd was £81,000 (£80,000 2016/17).<br />

Transactions with related parties are on a normal commercial basis.<br />

35. TRANSFERS BY ABSORPTION<br />

The Trust received a transfer of community paediatric services from Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust from 1<br />

April 2017. There was no gain/loss recognised in the Statement of Comprehensive Income on absorption.<br />

36. EVENTS AFTER THE <strong>REPORT</strong>ING DATE<br />

There were no events after the reporting date.<br />
