GOLDEN CELEBRATIONS
50 th Anniversary Show Dinner
Over 400 members, exhibitors and Limousin supporters
enjoyed an Anniversary Dinner on the eve of the Show.
A presentation from the UK Sepsis Trust, co-ordinated by
the family of the late Hannah Brown touched the hearts
and minds of all, and the evening was topped off with a
Charity Auction in aid of the Air Ambulance, a UK-wide
service that that supports farming and rural families.
Thank you to all who supported the Charity Auction
through the donation of prizes, and of course to all who
purchased them! Along with the Charity Stockjudging
at Whinfellpark, a fantastic total of £11,702 was raised,
which was presented to Air Ambulance at the Red Ladies
sale in December.

Show
From Whinfellpark the celebrations
moved to Borderway mart, where
Harrison and Hetherington kindly
hosted two days of showing across
Pedigree and Commercial sections.
More than 200 entries represented
five decades of breeding and
Limousin success in the UK.
Pedigree Section
Our judges for the day were
Christian Laloi from France, judging
the females. In the hot seat
judging the males was Paul Sykes
from Ireland.
