The Society’s Carlisle show in February proved an emotional affair
for the hill farming Marston family whose return to the sales after
a ten year break saw their breeding dreams come true. The family
were visibly moved as daughter Catherine led the bulls up and
18-month-old Easegillhead Spoton topped the sale at 45,000gns.
Their second bull, Easegillhead Superduper also sold well at the
fourth equal highest price of 18,000gns.
