Commercial Section
A hotly-contested and well-supported Commercial
section was overseen by two renowned practitioners
in the butchery business. Louise Forsyth from Forsyth
Butchers, Peebles had the pleasure of looking after the
Commercial Steers. No stranger to the breed, Jim Quail
of Quail’s Fine Foods and the Lynderg Limousin herd took
care of the Commercial Heifers.
Overall Supreme Commercial Champion and Best Commercial Animal Bred by
Exhibitor - 'Maggie', March-21 born by Trueman Idol frm Messrs B&L Wilkinson, Ivy
Farm, Leyburn.
The Commercial section judges, Louise Forsyth and Jim Quail
Champion Steer and Overall Reserve Commercial Champion 'OVD', April 21-born
bred by Kilnstown Farms Ltd and owned exhibited by Aileen Ritchie, Whitecairns,
Aberdeenshire.
