9.4 The amounts due from related parties are in relation to associates and jointly controlled entities of the holding company.
9.5 Advance made in prior year amounting to RM11,356,000 was converted to ordinary shares in KPSB during the year. The balance of
advance to subsidiary amounting to RM2,522,000 will be converted to ordinary shares in KPSB, upon obtaining necessary approvals
from the shareholders of KPSB.
The credit period granted for trade receivables is 30 days (2010 - 30 days). The trade and non-trade receivables arose from the normal course
of business.
