39 annual report 2011 The Board of Directors is recommending a final dividend of 35 sen per share. Together with the interim dividend of 15 sen per share paid out on 29 December 2010, total gross and net dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 will amount to 50 sen per share which represents a dividend payout ratio of 68.7%.
