Baby Massage<br />

baby massage is fun, effective and easy to learn. This hands on course<br />
will teach you a variety <strong>of</strong> massage strokes, gentle stretches and<br />
playful movements for your baby. Research shows that infant massage<br />
helps relieve the discomfort <strong>of</strong> gas, colic and constipation, improves<br />
circulation, aids digestion, stimulates neurological development,<br />
improves immune function, deepens bonding, helps your baby release<br />
stress which builds daily from new experiences and best <strong>of</strong> all soothes<br />
and relaxes your baby to help your baby sleep better! Lesley Crowe is<br />
a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Welcoming pre-crawling babies<br />
6 weeks old and up. bring a blanket for baby to lie on and a yoga mat.<br />

pain and recovered from a back injury by focusing on strengthening<br />
the back, improving the posture, stretching the back, and opening the<br />
hips to proper bending techiniques.This workshop that is both theory<br />
and practice will leave you with many exercises to continue practicing<br />
to help you beat the pains <strong>of</strong> your troublesome back.<br />

Meditation - Yin Yoga<br />

Deep, meditative & gently energizing practice; a combination <strong>of</strong> yin<br />
yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and meditation. In this<br />
series, we’ll follow the traditional practice sequence in yoga: physical<br />
postures to breath work to meditation. Floor postures, deep stretches,<br />
neck/shoulder/hip opening, 1-3 min. holds - experience a variety <strong>of</strong><br />
pranayamas (yogic breathing tech’s) followed by meditation.<br />
