Gentle Yoga Level 2<br />

this series builds on Gentle Yoga 1 and will consist <strong>of</strong> deep Yin postures<br />
held for 3-5 minutes, yogic breath practices (pranyam), floor work,<br />
standing postures and flow sequences, including the Sun Salutation.<br />
Yogic theory, pranyam and meditation are integrated at a deeper level.<br />
emphasis is on proper technique, complete breath, mental focus and<br />
energetic awareness. Previous experience <strong>of</strong> Level 1 or yoga experience<br />
required. No class Feb 11.<br />

levels class to round out your fitness regimen or to build your yoga<br />

haven’t experienced yoga before. We will introduce and explore all <strong>of</strong><br />
the poses and breathing techniques required to properly execute an<br />
effective Power Yoga practice. if you want to improve the function <strong>of</strong><br />
your body and mind in everyday life and learn what ‘challenging edge’<br />
is all about, then this is the class for you. Drop-in fee $8.50 if space<br />

is about real people, real bodies getting real about their health and<br />
lifestyle. Learn not only about the yoga poses, or asanas, but many<br />
<strong>of</strong> their benefits as well. Also we’ll do some work on breathing, or<br />
pranayama, and, the ever favorite, guided relaxation (or savasana).<br />
Make a commitment to yourself and adding an hour and half <strong>of</strong><br />
