Come and have fun preparing healthy take-home<br />

meals to freeze and eat on those days when you just<br />

don’t know what to make. You will also learn some<br />

ideas for cooking from other countries. This class is<br />

for independent cooks. Note: Participants may only<br />

register for one adaptive cooking program per season<br />

due to demand.<br />

high fiber dishes. note: Participants may only register<br />

for one adaptive cooking program per season due to<br />

Aqua Connections<br />

Location: Parkinson recreation Centre, Swim Pool<br />

Connect with friends and learn new skills. A Lifeguard<br />

Instructor will be on hand to introduce basic skills and<br />

initiate fun activities in the pool, with time left over<br />

to relax in the hot tub. Participants must be able to<br />

change independently or come with a caregiver to<br />

assist them in the changing room.<br />

Bands, Balls & Balance<br />
