strength, and physical well-being. everyone is welcome! All Neighbourhood Walks are free.<br />

If you don’t have a lot <strong>of</strong> time to exercise and wish it could be fun and easy to do! Then learn how to ‘turn a simple walk around the block into an<br />
efficient, effective - aerobic, total body workout!’ just 30 minutes Pole Walking = 50 minutes regular walking! by just adding poles you will: - Lessen<br />
impact 26% <strong>of</strong>f lower joints. -Naturally correct body posture. -Strengthen and tone your whole body. -Increase cardio a minimum <strong>of</strong> 20%. -burn up<br />
to 48% more calories. Pre-registration required. To avoid disappointment, register early. Don’t wait! Programs with insufficient registrations will be<br />
cancelled 1 day prior to the start date (Monday or Tuesday).Free Demo poles available if needed.<br />

This program is for individuals with health limitations such as COPD,<br />
other respiratory difficulties or for people needing individual attention<br />
with their fitness program in the weightroom. it is a great way to ‘stay<br />
in shape ‘with like minded people.This class is led by a certified Fitness<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essional. No Class Feb. 11.<br />

Minds in Motion<br />

Minds in Motion is designed for people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s<br />
disease or another dementia and a friend, family member or caregiver.<br />
enjoy light exercise conducted by a certified fitness instructor, followed<br />
by activities or games and social time in a relaxed atmosphere. Light<br />
refreshments will be provided. in partnership with Alzheimer society <strong>of</strong><br />
b.C. Note: Fitness portion is 45 minutes. Fee is per couple. No class Feb.<br />
