The Li<strong>on</strong> Boathouse was sold from <strong>the</strong> previous owner to a local architect who<br />
submitted an applicati<strong>on</strong> in respect <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> site in September 2005 and validated in<br />
November 2005. The delay in validati<strong>on</strong> was due to additi<strong>on</strong>al elevati<strong>on</strong>s required. The<br />
Boathouse does not presently operate as a boatyard facility.<br />
The applicati<strong>on</strong> for <strong>the</strong> installati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> floating p<strong>on</strong>to<strong>on</strong>s is to provide safe access to<br />
<strong>the</strong> moorings as part <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> boathouse. The applicati<strong>on</strong> was withdrawn by <strong>the</strong><br />
applicant <strong>on</strong> 12 January 2006 and <strong>the</strong> applicati<strong>on</strong> case file closed. No c<strong>on</strong>tact has<br />
been made with <strong>the</strong> boathouse despite repeated attempts. The following link<br />
provides details <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> documents submitted in respect <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> applicati<strong>on</strong>:<br />
