Mr Scott is elderly and is likely to retire in <strong>the</strong> near future. He still does some minor<br />
work but this is fairly limited and derives his income from hiring out his facilities to<br />
those wishing to do DIY maintenance to <strong>the</strong>ir craft. He intends to sell <strong>the</strong> site as a<br />
going c<strong>on</strong>cern.<br />
