The ―Lista de Presença dos Deputados‖ differentiates between ―full attendance‖ and ―partial attendance‖ of the MPs; for the statistical
purposes of this report both full and partial attendance are accounted for as full presence at the Plenary session.
A ―Lista de Presença dos Deputados‖ diferencia-se entre ―presença total‖ e ―presença parcial‖ dos Membros do Parlamento: para
questões estatísticas do relatório ambas as presenças são contabilizadas como presença total na Sessão Plenária.

The chart presented is based on the average of attendance of the Plenary Sessions by the Members of the National Parliament recorded
by the Democratic Governance Support Unit-UNMIT. The average is based on actual counting of number of MPs who were at the
beginning and the end of the morning and afternoon plenary sessions. The figures presented in this section are rounded up.
