Learning outcomes<br />

The student understands the importance of ongoing development of organisational communication.<br />

The student knows the essential objectives, targets, practices and challenges related to assessing and<br />

planning organisational communication.<br />

The student is capable of starting a process in regard to the evaluation and development of workplace<br />

and stakeholder communication as well as reputation management.<br />

The practical learning outcome of the course consists of a learning diary or a communication assessment<br />

for an actual organisation.<br />

Course contents<br />

The course is constructive by nature. The students and the advisor will create the course together:<br />

commitment is required. Each learning session includes several methods, the theoretical viewpoints go<br />

along with the practical applications. The product of the course (practical learning outcome) is either a<br />

learning diary or a communication analysis for an actual organisation.<br />
