218 LEs PHLÉB~T~MES DE LA RÉGION ÉTHIOPIENNE Matériel examiné : Trois femelles du matériel type de la collection Par-rot. Ces femelles sont montées sur une même lame avec une femelle de P. ingrami. Diagnose : Le cibarium est très fortement pigmenté, presque opaque (fig. 100 C), le segment III de l’antenne est un peu plus grand que chez l’espèce type ; le rapport AIII/E plus élevé et la formule des palpes diffé- rente : l-2-3-4-5 au lieu de l-2-4-3-5. Le mâle n’est pas connu. Taille = 2,5 mm. Patte postérieure = 364 mm. Antenne, segment III = 0,24-0,28 mm > IV + V; AIII/E = 1 ,l. Formule antenuarre : 2/III=XV. Labre-épipharynx = 0,22=0,24 mm. Palpe, formule : l-2-3-4-5 ; les segments etant entre eux comme : 1 = 3,9 = 5,3 = 6,3 = 12,5. Cibarium avec 17 dents aiguës disposées presque en ligne droite, les 4 médianes un peu,plus étroites que les latérales. Plage pigmentée irrégulièrement elliptique, brun foncé avec un court prolongement anteneur. Aile, longueur = 2,24 mm ; largeur = 0,60 mm ; indice alaire = 1,l ; delta = OJO mm. Spermathèques du type minuius. Répartition géographique : Cette sous-espèce n’a pas été retrouvée, à notre connaissance, hors de la localité d’origine. Spécimens type déposés au British Museum (N. H.), à Londres. Matériel examiné : Néant. Diagnose : P. yusafi appartient au groupe bedfordi par la forme des génitalia du mâle et par celle des sperma- thèques de la femelle, mais il se distingue des espèces de ce groupe, chez le mâle par des paramères aussi longs que les lobes latéraux et chez la femelle par la structure bien particulière de l’armature pharyngienne qui ressemble à celle de P. crosarai. Mâle (fig. 97 F) d’après la description de Simon. Taille = 2,03 mm. Patte postérieure = 2,13 mm. Antenne, segment III = 0,123 mm < IV + V; AM/E = 0,87. Formule antennane : l/III=XV. Labre-épipharynx = 0,141 mm. Palpe; longueur totale = 0,60 mm ; formule : l-2-345 ; les segments sont entre eux comme : 1 = 2,4 = 3,5 = 4,4 = 8,8. Cibarium avec environ 14 petites dents atrophiées et une plage pigmentee petite et irréguliérement ronde. L’armature du pharynx postérieur est pauvrement développée et consiste en quelques replis dentés, antérieurement, et quelques rangées de petits denticules, postérieurement. Aile, longueur = 1,37 mm ; largeur = 0,357 mm ; indice alaire = 0,55 ; detta = 0,028 mm. Génitalia, coxite = 0,20 mm ; style = 0,081 mm, portant 4 apicales. Paramère = 0,165 mm. Fourreau pénien bien développé avec l’extrémité large et arrondie. Lobe latéral = 0,171 mm. Femelle (fig. 97 A-D) d’après Sinton. Taille = 2,30 mm. Patte postérieure = 225 mm. Antenne, segment III = 0,lO mm < IV + V; AIII/E = 0,61. Formule antennaire : 2/III=XV. Labre-épipharynx = 0,171 mm. Palpe, longueur totale = 0,627 mm ; formule : l-2-345 ; les segments sont entre eux comme : 1 = 2,2 = 3,4 = 4,3 = 8,7. Cibarium armé de 25 dents bien développées, longues et assez étroites. Il est difficile de déterminer le caractère de leur pointe en raison de l’opacité de la plage pigmentée. Ces dents sont disposées sur un arc profondément concave postérieurement. Plage pigmentée massive, en forme de tête de cheville avec un prolongement anterieur aigu, Pharynx postérieur avec une armature bien développée consistant en une série de longues épines dirigées vers l’arrière ; celles de la partie postérieure sont minces et peu denses, tandis que celles de la partie anté- rieure naissent d’une région plus sombre et sont beaucoup plus fortes et plus denses. Aile, longueur = 1,457 mm ; largeur = 0,400 mm ; indice alaire = 0,65 ; delta = 0,064 mm. Spermathèques du type minutus, simples, tubulaires, avec la partie terminale déjetée sur le côté. Répartition géographique : Kénya : Mombasa (Sinton, 1930), Malindi (Minter, 1964), Taveta (Pringle, 1960).
