Partie C : Résultats – Chapitre C-IIB.1 Comparaison entre <strong>les</strong> échantillons <strong>de</strong> sol et <strong>les</strong> agrégatsComme précé<strong>de</strong>mment, nous nous sommes plus particulièrement intéressés auxagrégats racinaires <strong>de</strong> L. camara. Cependant, la comparaison entre <strong>les</strong> différents typesd’agrégats (racinaires et drilosphères) et <strong>les</strong> échantillons <strong>de</strong> sols prélevés hors <strong>de</strong> larhizosphère et <strong>de</strong> la drilosphère a été également réalisée pour <strong>les</strong> 9 enzymes.Le cercle <strong>de</strong> corrélation réalisé à partir <strong>de</strong> nos données (Tableau 11) présente <strong>de</strong>ux axesqui expliquent 55,58 % <strong>de</strong> l’inertie totale (38,03 % pour l’axe 1 et 17,55 % pour l’axe 2)(Figure 33A). Sur l’ACP, <strong>les</strong> axes 1 et 2 séparent d’une part, l’intensité <strong><strong>de</strong>s</strong> activitésenzymatiques et d’autre part, <strong>les</strong> activités hétérosidases (ß-glucosidase, N-acétylglucosaminase)<strong><strong>de</strong>s</strong> activités polysaccharidases (amylase, cellulase, xylanase) (Figure 33B).tel-00486649, <strong>ver</strong>sion 1 - 26 May 2010Sur ces axes, nos échantillons se différencient en <strong>de</strong>ux groupes : <strong>les</strong> échantillons <strong>de</strong> solse distinguent <strong><strong>de</strong>s</strong> agrégats par <strong>de</strong> plus faib<strong>les</strong> activités enzymatiques, excepté pourl’amylase.
