In November, the Ferretti Group signed an agreement<br />
for the sale of its share, representing 60% of capital<br />
Pinmar, a Spanish company specializing in the painting<br />
of mega yachts.This choice involves the sale of the<br />
shares to the CEO of Pinmar, Remy Millott and to the<br />
top management, with the support of the new investor,<br />
Sean Ewing. Pinmar also controls Yacht Covering<br />
Systems, a company specializing in scaffolding and roofing<br />
structures used for the maintenance and painting.<br />

per la applicazione <strong>nautic</strong>a. La serie Easy va<br />
incontro ai bisogni estetici degli architetti<br />
che operano nel settore, ma sono state<br />
studiate anche con una serie di accorgimenti<br />
tecnici specifici tra cui: ingombri<br />
ridotti per installazione a paratia, trattamenti<br />
superficiali di protezione ecc.<br />
La gamma di tastiere invece EasyTouch<br />
presenta modelli con placche in cristallo<br />
temperato da uno a sette moduli, combinabili<br />
con interruttori a scomparsa dello<br />
stesso materiale. La possibilità di aggiugere<br />
vari accessori è un ulteriore elemento di<br />
unicità dei prodotti. La flessibilità della produzione,<br />
inoltre, permette la personalizzazione<br />
delle simbologie e dei dettagli esclusivi.<br />
Le placche, infine, sono disponibili in<br />
diverse colorazioni.<br />
