This new model features 90° angles and<br />
a thick aluminium profile with<br />
aluminium counterpart. All dimensions<br />
can be produced, even in small series<br />
(10 pieces minimum). Several finishes are<br />
available: aluminium, black anodized,<br />
white or powder color coated. It is<br />

È un tubo spiralato particolarmente<br />

in spazi angusti. Costruito con copertura<br />
liscia si presta a essere connesso<br />
con facilità per mezzo di fascette.<br />
A partire dal diametro di 76 mm la<br />
copertura é ondulata. Il sottostrato è<br />
nero, in gomma sintetica resistente ai<br />
gas di scarico; il rinforzo è costituito da<br />
tessuti sintetici ad alta resistenza e spirale<br />
in acciaio incorporata; la copertura<br />
nera, liscia o ondulata è in gomma<br />
sintetica, resistente agli agenti atmosferici<br />
e all’abrasione. È realizzabile<br />
anche in versione cord, senza<br />
spirale metallica e con rinforzi<br />
esclusivamente tessili.<br />

Boat Amalfi LL: IVG flexible<br />
solution for gas exhaust. Amalfi<br />
LL was designed for the delivery of<br />
mixed gas exhaust and sea water.<br />
Homologated by R.I.N.A. with<br />
DIP383108CS/003, it fully complies to ISO<br />
13363:04 type 2B and to SAE J 2006:03 type R2<br />
standards. It is a hardwall hose, particularly<br />
flexible and light and thanks to its very small<br />
bending radius it can be<br />
installed with ease in<br />
restricted space.<br />
Manufactured with<br />
smooth cover it is<br />
suitable to be easily<br />
connected with bands.<br />
Starting from ID 76 mm<br />
the hose will be<br />
manufactured with<br />
corrugated cover. The<br />
hose has black, synthetic<br />
rubber tube, resistant to<br />
gas exhaust,<br />
reinforcements are of<br />
high strength synthetic<br />
cord and steel helix<br />
wire; cover is of black,<br />
synthetic rubber compound, either smooth or<br />
corrugated and it is weathering and abrasion<br />
resistant. The hose is also available in softwall<br />
version, without helix wire but only with textile<br />
cord reinforcements. The hose is available at<br />
stock and its branding shows standards and<br />
homologations.
